What products do you offer?

We will be selling a variety of Chinese Painted Quail themed products including t-shirts, hoodies, calendars, notepads, mugs and even greetings cards. 

Keep an eye out for upcoming product releases as we will be updating our stock range throughout the year. 


How do I pay for my order?

We accept payments made by credit or debit card. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Your privacy is important to us. Our website is SSL-encrypted, which adds a layer of security when you enter your information at checkout.


How much does delivery cost?

We charge a flat-rate of £4.99 for all items shipped within the UK, regardless of size or weight. 

Your order will be sent via 1st class standard shipping with Royal Mail. If you need to receive your parcel urgently, please get in touch on [email protected] to discuss this. 


How long will my order take to arrive?

Estimated turnaround time for all items is currently up to 14 business days including printing, packing, labeling and dispatch. These are estimated turnaround times only and should there be any delay in sending out your order, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible. Please also refer to the Royal Mail website for delivery times in addition to the turnaround times stated here.

Do you ship overseas?

Currently we are only able to offer UK shipping. Please continue to check our website for any updates regarding overseas shipping.


Do you offer discounts on your products?

Our customers can enjoy free shipping on orders of £30 or more all year-round, using code CPQ30. Additionally, from time to time, we will offer further discounts on our products. 


What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, please email us on [email protected] in the first instance with your details and we will try to resolve the issue. Please allow 48 hours for us to respond to your email.

If you have changed your mind about a product have purchased from us, please ensure this is returned unused in the original, unopened and undamaged packaging.
